Small Group Personal Training

Group sessions with 4 participants offer a more personal training experience compared to large fitness classes. This setup allows for individual attention and guidance. It's suitable for all fitness levels. With a small group, we can adjust exercises to meet each person's needs, abilities and goals. An affordable option to one on one personal training.

By combining band and bodyweight exercises you will build endurance, tone and strengthen muscle and put your metabolism to work.

Function First

If your body isn’t functioning correctly it will not strengthen correctly or efficiently. Strength isn’t just about adding muscle, it’s about first learning how to properly and most effectively using the muscle you already have. We teach your brain how to use your body.

Total Fit

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Strength & Cardio Circuit

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks

Pull Your Weight II

Here we incorporate intervals of cardio with free weight and bodyweight exercises to maximize your muscular and cardio endurance. (multiple sessions of function first sessions must be completed to move on to Level l or ll classes or training sessions.

Basic Strength Training

Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
